How Do I Return A Product?

No merchandise may be returned without express written authorization from Hiawatha Chef Supply. All merchandise shipped by OUR MISTAKE, will be returned and replaced at our expense. All returns may be subject to a restocking and handling charge. All freight and other applicable charges will be at the customer's expense. We will try to make the restocking charge the lowest it can be. If a defect is noticed it should be reported to Hiawatha Chef Supply within 24 hours of shipment arrival. All merchandise subject to a return must be in its original packaging, unused and unassembled. All goods are specific to a customer's preference; therefore special and made to order items are non-returnable or refundable, unless prior written consent is given by Hiawatha Chef Supply. We want a customer for life.
